When fees can and cannot be returned.

Before verification
If we reject a payment screenshot (unclear image, wrong amount, or the transfer did not arrive), the order is not enrolled and we do not keep that fee. You may submit a new order with a correct receipt.
After enrolment
Once a shop course or live class has been unlocked, fees are generally not refundable. Online seats and teacher time are reserved for you. If you have not attended any live session and have not started the course materials, contact us within 7 days of verification and we will consider a goodwill refund.
Holidays and absences
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund or automatic make-up class is offered for those days. Missed lessons for other reasons are handled case by case with your teacher.
Family and referral offers
Sibling or referral discounts advertised on the Packages page are applied when you enrol through the academy, not as a cash refund after a full-price order.
